CompuCare Systems LLC Selects Factumsoft to Enhance Proprietary Medical Billing ERP

Factumsoft has signed a software services contract to enhance and replace CompuCare’s custom-built proprietary medical billing system.

Based in Los Angeles, California, CompuCare has been in the business of medical billing for over 20 years, during which it has developed its in-house proprietary ERP system for managing patient and doctor records, claims, and payments for various healthcare providers in Southern California.

In an effort to provide greater efficiency for its client-doctors, CompuCare has subcontracted Factumsoft to extend its existing system and deliver a new ERP portal that will connect doctors, patients, billing agents, and insurance companies. The new system will provide an integrated, more secure handling of the data in compliance with HIPAA requirements, as well as ensure enhanced automation of workflow and processes related to the handling and processing of medical bills.
