Referral Program FAQs

1. Who is eligible to become a Factumsoft referral partner?

We accept referrals from individuals worldwide. Anyone over the age of 18 can become a Factumsoft referral partner except current Factumsoft employees or employees of the referred company.

2. What will my responsibilities be as a referral partner?

Your responsibility as a Factumsoft referral partner will be to share lead information with Factumsoft and set up an appointment (be it call, email, or in person) between the contact and Factumsoft.

As a referral partner, you will not have to worry about implementation and integration efforts. Factumsoft will work directly with the contact to get them up and running.

3. What if my referral doesn’t become a Factumsoft customer?

We issue commission only in those cases when referrals become customers and result in the sale of Factumsoft products and/or services.

4. Are my commissions taxable?

Yes, commissions are considered taxable income.
